含高比例新能源电力系统极端天气条件下供电安全性的提升

Power Supply Security Improvement of Power Grid With High Proportion of Renewable Energy Under Extreme Weather Events

  • 摘要: 为有效评估极端天气对含高比例新能源电力系统供电安全的影响,并提出切实可行的提升电力系统供电安全性的措施,首先对极端天气下负荷特性及新能源出力特性进行建模仿真,其次对极端天气情况下含高比例新能源的电力系统进行生产模拟,从源、网、荷、储各环节提出提升电力系统供电安全性的方案,最后以某省级电力系统为算例,验证所提方案的有效性。

     

    Abstract: To estimate the affect of extreme weather on the supply security of power grid with high proportion of new energy effectively and put forward feasible measures to improve the supply security of power grid, firstly, the modeling and simulation of the load characteristic under extreme weather and the output characteristic of new energy were performed. Secondly, the production simulation of the power grid with high proportion of new energy under extreme weather was conducted. Thirdly, the scheme of improving power grid supply security in each link such as power generation, power grid, load and energy storage was proposed. Finally, taking a provincial power grid of a certain province for example, the effectiveness of the proposed scheme was verified. The results of the verification show that the proposed scheme is effective.
