多重响应潜力影响因素作用下的变频空调负荷调控方案

Load Control Scheme of Inverter Air Conditioner Under The Influence of Multiple Response Potential Factors

  • 摘要: 变频空调在家用空调中的占比已超过定频空调,成为主流,为指导这部分日益增大的需求响应资源在电力系统中发挥削峰填谷作用,提出变频空调3层调控框架,对变频空调的响应潜力、调度模型和控制策略进行分析研究:在潜力评估层面,基于变频空调稳态功率获取变频空调负荷聚合功率,考虑用户侧多重影响因素,建立变频空调负荷聚合响应潜力评估模型,获取其聚合响应潜力;在日前调度层,考虑变频空调各时段潜力大小并结合基础柔性负荷响应特性建立联合调度模型,挖掘负荷侧多类型资源参与调节的潜力;在日内控制层,分析变频空调动态、稳态模型,以稳态参数和温变参数为特征属性进行聚类分组,针对变频空调采用温度控制方法进行分组控制,使变频空调负荷跟随调度计划。最后,通过某配电网系统进行验证分析,结论表明:所提3层调控框架对变频空调负荷响应潜力挖掘引导和利用具有一定指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The proportion of inverter air conditioner in the household air conditioner has surpassed that of the fixed-frequency air conditioner and become mainstream. To make this growing demand response resource play the role of peak-load shifting in power system, a three-layer regulation framework of inverter air conditioner was proposed to analyze and research the response potential, scheduling model, and control strategy of inverter air conditioner. At the level of potential assessment, based on the steady power of inverter air conditioner, the load aggregation power of inverter air conditioner was obtained, and considering multiple influencing factors on the user side the load aggregation response potential assessment model of inverter air conditioner was established to obtain their aggregation response potential. At the day-ahead scheduling layer, considering the potential of inverter air conditioner in each time period and combining with the response characteristics of the foundation flexible load a joint scheduling model was established, so as to tap the potential of multiple types of resources participating in the regulation on the load side. In the intra-day control layer, the dynamic and steady-state models of inverter air conditioner were analyzed, and the grouping and clustering were carried out by taking steady-state parameters and temperature-varying parameters as characteristic attributes. The temperature control method was applied to inverter air conditioner to implement the group control to make the load of inverter air conditioner follow the scheduling plan. Finally, by means of a certain distribution system, the verification analysis was conducted, and the conclusions show that the proposed three-layer regulation framework possesses a certain guiding significance for the utilization and guidance of the load response potential of inverter air conditioner.
