Study on Dynamic Reactive Power Compensation Scheme of Dabancheng Wind Farm

  • 摘要: 为确保达坂城电网安全有效运行, 研究用3种无功补偿装置改善达坂城风电场暂态电压稳定性。在PSS/E环境下建立了达坂城风电场及周边电网详细模型, 分析了不同补偿装置在短路故障条件下, 保证暂态稳定的机理, 通过仿真验证了它们对暂态电压稳定性的作用。结果表明STATCOM能够更有效地帮助风电场在电网发生故障后恢复电压, 提高风电场的故障穿越能力, 确保风电机组连续运行及电网安全稳定。

     

    Abstract: To ensure the security and effective operation of Dabancheng power grid, three reactive power compensators to enhance the transient voltage stability of Dabancheng wind farm are studied. The Dabancheng wind farm models is built in PSS/E, the mechanism to ensure transient stability with different compensators under short-circuit faults is analyzed, and their influence on transient voltage stability is verified by simulation. Results show that STATCOM can help wind farm recovery voltage after power grid fault occurs more effectively, which improve fault ride-through capability of wind farm, and ensure continuous operation of wind generator unit and security of power grid.
