Numerical Simulation of Internal Flow Field and Abrasion Analysis on Desulfurization Slurry Pump

  • 摘要: 以某600MW火电站湿法烟气脱硫系统混流式浆液循环泵为实例, 应用计算流体力学(CFD)软件FLUENT6.2, 采用Euler多相流模型、扩展的标准湍流模型与SIMPLEC算法, 对脱硫浆液泵内的固液两相三维流场进行了数值模拟, 揭示了在不同固相颗粒直径以及固相体积浓度条件下脱硫泵内固液两相浓度分布、速度分布以及磨损特性规律, 以期为完善脱硫浆液泵理论和电厂脱硫浆液泵的实际改造与运行提供可行性参考意见。

     

    Abstract: The solid liquid two phase flow field of slurry circling pump in wet flue gas desulfurization system in a 600MW power plant was calculated through CFD software Fluent 6.2 adopting Eulerian multiphase flow model, extended standard turbulence model and SIMPLEC arithmetic. The law of particle concentration field, velocity distribution and abrasion characteristics under different solid particle diameters and volumn concentration was given. The purpose of this paper is to provide several instructive suggestions for practical reconstruction and operation of desulfurized slurry pump.
