Integrated Simulation System of Electricity Market: Realization, Experimental Results and Evaluation

  • 摘要: 在我国电力市场尚未最终确定的背景下, 以研究及验证市场问题为目的, 提出基于Internet的电力市场综合模拟系统。该系统吸收国际上先进的市场仿真理论与方法, 总结电力市场模式共性, 并结合我国实际需求而开发。具备局域网内在线开展较大规模电力市场运营模拟的能力, 具有模拟多种市场环境和模式, 灵活配置各种实验方案、修改实验参数、记录并处理实验结果数据等特点, 并在国际上首次集合基于人工仿真和基于代理仿真两种方法。最后采用15机的测试系统, 引入电力市场评价指标, 对市场运营效率、实验操作行为等方面展开分析, 实验结果进一步验证电力市场综合模拟系统的合理性、有效性。

     

    Abstract: As to current electricity market in China, an integrated electricity simulation system based on internet techniques is proposed to study and verify the market issues. Based on international advanced market simulation theory and method, the system is developed by combing the common characteristics of electricity market model and the actual demand in our country, which can carry out largescale simulation of electricity market operation in the LAN, simulate a variety of market environment and mode, and it also has such functions as setting all kinds of experiment schemes, modifying experiment parameters, and recording and analyzing experiment results and so on. In addition, the system integrates both methods of human bidding and agentbased simulation for the first time in the world. In the end, a 15machine test system with the introducing of electricity market evaluation indices is used to analyze the market operation efficiency and experiment operation behavior. The results verify the validity and rationality of the integrated simulation system.
