Analysis of Online PD Detection Technology on Switchgears and ItsApplication to Guangzhou Distribution System

  • 摘要: 局部放电带电检测技术是在不影响供电可靠性前提下发现开关柜内部绝缘缺陷的有效方法之一。简要描述了这项技术的基本原理及其在广州配电网中的推广使用情况。通过对4起典型应用案例进行分析, 认为有必要开展开关柜局部放电在线检测技术的研究, 进一步加强开关柜内部局部放电发展趋势与早期故障预警方法研究, 建立指标值与各种因素如环境温湿度的统计特性, 研究局部放电各阶段的变化特点, 提出适合于现场的早期故障有效预警方法。

     

    Abstract: Online PD measurement technology is an useful method to find out insulation defect in switchgears without influencing reliabiltiy of power supply. The mechnism of this technique is described and its application to Guangzhou distribution system is studied. Analysis of four classical cases shows that it is necessary to carry out the research on online PD measurement technology in switchgears and get further study on developing tendency and earlier fault alarming method furtherly. In addition, the statistical characteristics between index value and all factors, such as enviroment temperature and relative humidity, is built. In the end, the variation characteristics in each phase of PD is studied, and fault early warning method that is suitable for practice is proposed.
