百万千瓦机组瞬变负荷能耗特性试验研究

Experimental Research on the Energy Consumptionof the Instantaneous Load in 1036MW Unit

  • 摘要: 通过瞬变负荷试验, 采用不同的负荷升速率、幅度、波动次数动态分析机组锅炉效率、汽轮机热耗率、厂用电率、供电煤耗率等经济性特性, 得出了相应的定量关系。本分析结果可达到提高机组运行的经济性, 降低机组供电煤耗率和厂用电率, 最终为电厂节能减排、优化机组间运行和调度方式提供参考依据, 为电网企业分析负荷管理发挥的效益提供理论依据, 从而使百万机组实现最大程度上的深度节能降耗。

     

    Abstract: Via the experiment in the instantaneous load, some quantitative relations is obtained after the dynamic analysis of the economical features such as boiler efficiency, turbine heat rate, the electricity consumption ratio of the power plant, the coal consumption rates for power supply under various load following rates, the amplitude and the fluctuation frequency. This analysis demonstrates that the instantaneous load in 1036MW unit may enhance better operation of the units, reduce the coal consumption rate of power supply and the electricity consumption rates of the power plant. Meanwhile, this paper offers reference for energy savings, emission reductions and regulating modes for the power plant and theoretical basis for relevant power grid enterprises to analyze the benefits of the operation of the instantaneous load so as to enable tens and thousands of units to fulfill the further energy saving and consumption reduction requirements.
