Research of Optimal Load Distribution in Power PlantBased on Load Tracking Speed

  • 摘要: 随着“厂网分离,竞价上网”原则的实施,人们越来越关注火电厂的综合竞争力,厂级负荷优化分配能够有效提高火电厂的竞争力。目前,火电厂厂级负荷的分配通常是以机组的煤耗特性为基础,以全厂耗煤最少为原则来分配给每台机组的负荷。虽然已经有学者提出考虑快速性稳定性等因素的多目标优化模型,但也只是研究多个目标间的权重比,实际应用性不强。本文提出一种新的负荷分配模型,依然采用经济性单目标优化。通过设置厂级负荷跟踪速度,将快速性作为负荷分配的约束条件,使得火电厂能够在保证快速性的前提下,做到煤耗的最优化处理。对于火电厂竞价上网以及业绩考核都有较大的帮助。实验数据表明,本文提出的模型具有很强的实际工程应用价值。

     

    Abstract: As power systems are faced with restruction, more and more attention has been paid to the comprehensive competitive power of a plant, which can be improved by using the plantwide optimal load dispatch. At present, the load was distributed based on coal consumption characteristics in order to minimize the total costs. The optical load dispatch model with velocity or stability constraints had been proposed, but it was solved by choosing a weight between the total costs and the response speed, which does not reflect the practical requirement of load dispatch. A new load dispatch model with velocity constraint is presented in this paper. The total costs are minimized with a specified response speed of a power plant, which is practical and help ful to improve the plant comprehensive competitive power.
