  • 摘要: 联轴器平行不对中是汽轮发电机组轴系典型故障之一。利用机组采集的联轴器两侧轴振信号、瓦振信号、健相信号和轴瓦温度,以及运用FFT频域和时域分析方法获得频谱特征和轴心轨迹对联轴器平行不对中进行智能诊断,以满足电站汽轮发电机组振动故障智能诊断的要求,考虑到故障征兆之间的相似性,提出了利用故障主征兆结合辅助征兆信息进行诊断的方法,并结合实际振动事故进行了诊断分析,得出了正确的诊断结果。

     

    Abstract: Coupling parallel misalignment is one of the typical faults at turbo-generator unit. Using the acquired shaft vibration signals, bearing vibration signals, bearing temperatures and FFT spectrum to analyze the speed frequency vibration and axis path and diagnose parallel misalignment, an intelligent diagnosis on vibration fault for turbo-generator unit is applied. Due to the similarity among the fault symptoms, this paper proposes a method, which combines the main symptoms with auxiliary symptoms. An actual vibration fault is analysized and a correct conclusion is drawn finally.
