Fault Automatic Locating System for 10kV Power Distribution Line

  • 摘要: 针对10kV配电线路中单相接地故障, 提出一种基于交/直流综合检测、GPRS通信的配电网故障定位系统, 实现配电网故障区段自动定位。分析了直流检测、交流检测各自优缺点及适用范围。提出采用GPRS通信技术的远程数据传送, 避免人工爬杆的麻烦, 同时可以提高定位精度, 从而降低了交流检测的难度。通信系统硬件采用低功耗设计, 在软件设计上, 采用省电模式, 以保证数据传输可靠性。采用交/直流综合检测, 可以有效处理接地电阻小于20kΩ各种单相接地故障, 从而缩短故障点排查时间, 提高供电可靠性。

     

    Abstract: As to the single phase grounding fault in 10kV power distributed lines, a fault locating system for distributed network is proposed based on AC/DC comprehensive detecting method and GPRS communication to realize automatic locating for fault region of power distribution network. The features and application area of DC and AC detection are analyzed. In addition, the remote data transmitting by using of GPRS communication technique is presented to avoid people climbing up to wire pole, and to improve the speed of DC detection, which can lessen the difficulty of AC detection. In this system, the hardware of communication system is designed with low power loss, and power saving mode is applied in software design to make data transferring more reliable. AC/DC comprehensive detecting method is used in this paper to effectively deal with all kind of single-phase faults with grounding resistance less than 20kΩ, which will shorten fault detecting time and improve reliability of power supply.
