大都市电网综合指标体系与评价模型

Comprehensive Index System and Evaluation Model of Power Grid for Metropolitan Cities

  • 摘要: 针对我国当前城市电网评价指标体系的不足, 通过分析对比世界大都市电网评价理论与方法, 构建了针对我国大都市电网特点的综合评价体系。该体系在电网可靠性、安全性、经济性等传统评价模块的基础上融入了经济协调性及环境协调性两方面的内容, 综合考虑了大都市电网运行的外部效应。结合层次分析法(AHP)及信息熵理论的优点, 利用基于熵权法修正的层次分析法实现对大都市电网进行综合评价。该指标体系及评价模型能够方便地对我国大都市电网进行分析及评价, 为城网规划及安全运行提供了辅助工具。最后, 以某几个大都市电网为例, 说明了本指标体系及评价模型的合理性与适用性。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the insufficiency of current city power grid assessment system in China is pointed out. Through analyzing and comparing the assessment theory and method of power grid in world metropolitan cities, the integrated assessment system of our countrys metropolitan cities is built. The system is based on reliability, security, efficiency and other traditional evaluation modules of power grid. By merging economic and environmental factors, the external effect of the metropolitan power grid operation is considered synthetically in the system. By combining the merit of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the information entropy theory, the overall quality evaluation of the metropolitan power grid is realized based on the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy methods. This index system and the evaluation model can conveniently carry on the analysis and the evaluation of the metropolitan power grid in China, which provides the auxiliary ways for the city power grid plan and safe operation. In the end, the rationality and applicability of this index system and evaluation model are verified with the examples of power grids in several metropolitan cities.
