Analysis on a False Action Accident of 110kV Line Protection Reclosing and Its Improved Measures

  • 摘要: 重合闸是一项重要的继电保护技术, 一般只允许动作一次, 重合闸误动作时应尽快查明原因并进行整改。通过对220kV鼓山变110kV鼓快线发生的一起永久性故障跳闸、站用电失电后重合闸多次误动作事故进行深入分析, 指出在重合闸闭锁回路、断路器储能电源及运行规程方面存在的安全隐患, 提出了改进重合闸压力回路、采用直流储能电源、修订运行规程等防范措施, 有效避免类似事故的重复发生, 为更好地开展继电保护工作、保证设备安全运行提供一定的借鉴价值。

     

    Abstract: Reclosing is an important technology in relay protection and generally is allowed to act only once. Then the cause of false action of reclosing should be found out as much as quickly, and improved measures should be carried out. An accident on multiple false actions of reclosing after the 110kV Gu\|Kuai line permanent fault occurred in 220kV Gu\|Shan substation and loss of substation electricity is analyzed deeply in this paper, then some security risks exist in reclosing loop circuit, stored energy source of breaker and operating standards are pointed out, and some improved measures are proposed, which can avoid similar accidents to improve security of relay protections and provide some references.
