直接空冷与湿冷并列运行机组的煤耗曲线分析

The Coal Consumption Curve Analysis of Air\|Cooling andWater\|Cooling Units Parallel Operation

  • 摘要: 为了得到不同冷却方式并列运行机组在不同工况点的最佳运行参数, 确定机组的定滑定的运行方式, 计算了机组不同工况点的煤耗, 并利用Matlab拟合了机组的标准煤耗和供电煤耗曲线, 分析了不同冷却方式机组的煤耗特性, 得出了等微增条件下的机组的煤耗特性曲线和微分曲线。结果表明:对于不同冷却方式并列运行机组而言, 微增煤耗率小的湿冷机组先带负荷, 微增煤耗率大的空冷机组后带负荷;且机组在高于80%额定负荷时采用定压运行方式, 在80%~40%额定负荷时采用滑压运行, 在额定负荷时, 为保证锅炉的稳定燃烧, 宜采用定压运行方式。

     

    Abstract: In order to get the optimal parameters of units which adopted different cooling characteristics in different operating points and determine the operating ways of constant pressure\|sliding pressure\|constant pressure, units coal consumption was calculated and standard coal consumption and coal consumption curve were fitted by using Matlab.Then the units coal consumption curves and the differential curves could be reached under the condition of equal slight addition. The results showed that water\|cooled units, which slight incremental coal consumption rate was low, raised the load firstly, then air\|cooled units, which slight incremental coal consumption rate was high, raised the load lately;the unit adopted operating way of constant pressure when its load was higher than 80% or less than 40% rated load and it adopted operating way of sliding pressure when its load was between 40% and 80% rated load.
