Credit Evaluation of Electricity Customers Based on FuzzySynthetic Evaluation Method

  • 摘要: 电力市场条件下, 电力企业面临着电力客户信用问题带来的经营风险。根据电力客户信用评价指标多样性的特点, 提出利用模糊综合评判的方法对电力客户进行信用评价进而确定客户所属的信用等级的方法。然后根据客户的不同信用等级提供有针对性的奖惩措施, 从而有效地提高电力企业的经营效益。通过对一组客户数据进行分析得出了其信用等级, 与客户实际信用比较证明了该方法的有效性和合理性。该方法对于电力企业提高电费回收率, 规避企业经营风险具有现实意义。

     

    Abstract: In the electricity market environment, electricity enterprises face the business risk caused by the credit problem of electricity customers. According to the characteristics of the variety of evaluating indices, the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method is presented to evaluate the credit of electricity customers in this paper, and to determine their credit ratings. Then the electricity enterprise can take suitable incentive and penalty strategy toward different credit ratings, and improve business benefit of electricity enterprise. Through analyzing on a set of customers data, the credit ratings of electricity customers are obtained, and they are compared with the real credit of electricity customers, which verifies the validity and rationality of the method. This method proposed in this paper has practical significance for electricity enterprises to increase the recovery of electricity charge, so as to avoid the business risk of enterprises.
