  • 摘要: 覆冰引起的绝缘子闪络事故对电力系统的安全稳定运行造成了严重威胁。本文依托国网公司特高压交流试验基地环境气候实验室进行了绝缘子冰闪实验, 用双谱分析的方法, 对覆冰支柱绝缘子的泄漏电流信号进行了研究, 提取了泄漏电流不同阶段的参数化双谱图。研究表明支柱绝缘子的最大谱峰值呈现明显递增的趋势, 二次相位耦合的范围变小, 分布变得更加集中。双谱分析理论可以为冰闪区段预警提供新的理论指导, 有利于更清晰地建立冰闪预警系统。

     

    Abstract: The insulator flashover caused by icing seriously threat the security and stability of power system. In this paper, the experiment of insulator flashover caused by icing is carried out at ultra high voltage (UHV) AC experimental base. The leakage current signal of icing insulator is studied by bi\|spectrum analysis method, and the parameterization bi\|spectrum figures of leakage current at different stages are extracted. Results show that the maximum spectrum value of insulator presents increasing trend, the coupling region of quadratic phase is decreasing, and the distribution becomes more concentrated. The bi\|spectrum theory will be new guidance for warning of icing flashover section, which is beneficial for build icing flashover warning system.
