  • 摘要: 从经济性角度出发, 分析监测点上电压暂降造成经济损失的主要因素, 对电压暂降引起的经济损失进行评估。通过各敏感负荷的组成比率及其电压耐受能力的变化范围, 求取综合性敏感负荷的电压耐受曲线。在此基础上, 以暂降的剩余电压幅值和持续时间为变量定义了负荷的故障率矩阵、电压暂降频次矩阵和电压暂降经济损失矩阵。引入了质量损失函数评估各类电压暂降的经济损失值, 从而建立了电压暂降的经济损失评估方法。通过分析可知, 该方法具有方便、快捷、准确的特点, 能够有效地评估电压暂降的经济损失水平。

     

    Abstract: From the economic point of view, economic loss assessment of voltage sag is discussed in the paper by analyzing main influencing factors that voltage sag causes economic loss. According to the composition ratio and region of voltage tolerance ability of sensitive loads, voltage tolerance curve (VTC) of integrated sensitive load can be obtained. On this basis, the failure rate matrix of load, voltage sag frequency matrix and the voltage sag economic loss matrix are defined with variables of the remaining voltage amplitude and the sag duration time. In addition, the quality loss function is introduced to evaluate the economic loss of various types of voltage sag, and the economic loss assessment method of voltage sag is built. It can be known from analysis that the method is convenient, fast, and accurate, which can assess the economic loss of voltage sag effectively.
