电池储能系统平抑光伏功率波动控制方法研究

Research on Control Method of Photovoltaic Power Fluctuation Stabilized by Battery Energy Storage System

  • 摘要: 为减少光伏发电因光照强度与温度变化而引起的并网光伏功率波动,基于某40MWp光伏电站的并网功率数据,分析其分钟级/10分钟级的最大有功功率变化量数据并进行概率统计,结合光伏功率波动的并网要求,利用电池储能系统对光伏发电电能进行存储和释放,改善光伏发电并网输出功率波动的问题,并分析电池储能系统的功率和容量需求。提出利用电池储能系统缩减光伏并网功率波动的控制策略,并对电池储能系统容量进行优化,仿真结果验证了控制策略和算法的可行性。

     

    Abstract: To reduce the grid photovoltaic(PV) power fluctuations caused by light intensity and temperature change, based on grid connected power data of a 40 MWp PV power station, the largest active power variation on minute/10 minutes levels is analyzed and its probability is counted. As to the grid connected requirement for PV power fluctuations, the problems of grid connected PV power fluctuations is improved by using of battery energy storage system(BESS) that can store and release photovoltaic power, and the power and capacity requirements of the battery energy storage system are analyzed. In the end, a control strategy which can reduce PV grid power fluctuations by battery energy storage system is proposed, and the simulation results verify the feasibility of control strategy and control algorithm.
