Study on Electric Arc Furnace Modeling and Power Quality Impact Based on Testing Data

  • 摘要: 研究和评估电弧炉对电力系统的影响是电能质量分析的一项重要工作,而针对某一类型电弧炉的电能质量仿真分析首先需要建立较精确的电弧炉模型。文章在确定性动态电弧模型微分方程的基础上,以某一类型电弧炉实测电压电流数据为依据,以对电网电能影响最大的时期(熔化期)为仿真时段,通过合理调整模型中的参数,较好地反映了某一类型电弧炉在熔化期的谐波电流、闪变、电压波动及三相不平衡度,得到了较理想的电能质量影响仿真结果。

     

    Abstract: Because the study and assessment on impact of the electric arc furnace on the grid system is an important analysis work of power quality, a more accurate model is built to analyze power quality for a certain type of electric arc furnace. Based on the differential equations of deterministic dynamic arc model and a certain type of electric arc furnace testing voltage and current data, by choosing simulation period that the power quality influences the power grid seriously, the simulation system can well reflect the harmonic current, flicker, voltage fluctuation and three phase unbalance degree of a certain type arc furnace during the melting period, which reaches ideal simulation results of power quality impact.
