我国智能电网实现低碳效益的具体路径研究

Research on the Specific Paths to Achieve Low carbon Benefits of Smart Grid in China

  • 摘要: 智能电网具有明显的低碳特性。研究我国智能电网实现低碳效益的具体路径,对引导智能电网促进电力系统低碳化发展具有重要意义。首先,阐述了我国智能电网的发展模式及其支撑体系,重点研究了智能电网技术支撑体系。其次,界定了智能电网低碳效益的定义和内涵。然后,基于智能电网的技术支撑体系和低碳效益内涵,分析了我国智能电网低碳效益的实现路径,提出了基于“清洁发电”、“降低损耗”、“负荷整形”和“终端节电减排”的4条具体路径。在此基础上,绘制了智能电网实现低碳效益的总体路线,为我国智能电网促进低碳的建设与发展提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Smart grid has obvious characteristics of low carbon. Research on the specific paths to achieve low carbon benefits of smart grid in China is significant for smart grid to guide the low carbon development of power system. Firstly, the development mode and its support system of smart grid in China are elaborated, and the technique support system of smart grid is mainly studied. Secondly, the definition and connotation of low carbon benefits of smart grid is defined. Then, the paths of smart grid to achieve low carbon benefits are analyzed by considering the connotation of low carbon benefits of smart grid and its technology support system, and the four realization paths based on clean generation, loss reducing, load shaping and energy saving and emission reduction of end user are put forward. On this basis, the general route of smart grid in China to achieve low carbon benefits are given, which provide the reference for the construction and development of smart grid in China.
