Evaluation Index System and Model of Orderly Power Utilization for Industrial Users in Peak Hours

  • 摘要: 工业用户有序用电序位排列影响着电网调度与社会供电可靠性,也会影响用电企业的生产安排与经济效益。为了实现有序用电价值最大化,从经济效果、能源效率、环境价值、用户信用4个方面建立了工业用户用电序位评价指标体系,利用序关系法和熵值法分别对子系统层与指标层进行了赋权,之后利用灰色关联理想点法对工业用户用电序位进行综合分析。最后,选取9家有代表性的大工业用户进行了算例仿真。

     

    Abstract: The order arrangement of orderly power utilization for industry users influence the power scheduling and power supply reliability, the production arrangement and economic benefits of electricity users. In order to maximize the value of orderly power utilization, an evaluation index system of orderly power utilization for industrial users is built from four aspects, such as economic effect, energy efficiency, environmental value, and the user credit. The subsystem layer and the index layer are weighted by using of sequence relations and entropy method respectively, then the orderly power utilization for industrial users is comprehensive analyzed using gray relevance ideal point method. In the end, a numerical simulation is carried out by selecting nine representative industrial users as example.
