风电场储能系统的模糊自适应控制策略

The Fuzzy Adaptive Control Strategy of Energy Storage System for Wind Power Generation

  • 摘要: 为了平滑风电场的出力,风电场常常配置一定容量的储能装置。但由于储能容量的限制,储能系统的过度充放电会影响其使用寿命。本文首先提出了表征电池储能系统运行状况的两个性能指标,并将模糊自适应控制引入到风电场储能系统的控制中。利用提出的模糊自适应控制策略,实时调整储能系统的功率参考值,在实现平抑风电场功率波动,提高风电功率输出稳定性的同时,还能避免储能系统出现深度放电或过度充电的状况,有效地延长了储能系统的使用寿命。通过对有无模糊自适应控制两种情况进行仿真,其仿真结果验证了所提控制策略的正确性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: In order to smooth the output of wind farms, energy storage devices with certain capacity are often configured in wind farms. However, due to capacity limit, the service life of energy storage system can be affected by excessive charge and deep discharge. In this paper, two performance indicators that characterize battery energy storage system operating conditions are presented, and the fuzzy adaptive control is introduced to optimally control the wind farm energy storage system. The proposed fuzzy adaptive control strategy is used to adjust power reference value of energy storage system. It does not only restrain wind power fluctuations and improve the stability of wind power output, but also avoids the occurrence of over charge and deep discharge of energy storage system, which effectively prolong the service life of the energy storage system. In the end, simulations of cases with or without the fuzzy adaptive control system have been made,and the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy are verified by the simulation results.
