Simulation Training System for Substation Secondary Circuits Based on Dynamic Drawing

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种动态化变电站二次设计图纸的二次回路仿真培训系统。该系统采用自动建模技术将CAD版的变电站二次设计图纸自动转化为动态仿真图纸,并与变电站一二次设备三维仿真系统一一对应,可在三维场景里对二次回路元件进行测量、操作,同时,也可在仿真图纸界面看到对应的二次回路原理图、节点图等实时反映的元件状态变化。系统采用一种简单实用的二次回路计算方法可快速准确地计算变电站二次回路各节点电气量,为二次回路仿真测量、元件动作逻辑提供数据支持。该系统在南方电网超高压输变电公司南宁局投入使用,以500kV南宁变二次回路为仿真对象,实现了二次回路仿真。

     

    Abstract: A simulation training system for substation secondary circuits based on design drawing is presented. Automatic modeling technology is developed to convert the secondary circuit drawings in CAD format into dynamic drawings. The elements in the dynamic drawings are mapped to the devices in a 3D substation simulator, which make it possible to measure and operate the elements in secondary circuit through 3D substation simulator. At the same time, the changed state of element in 3D substation simulator will be displayed on the dynamic drawings simultaneously. A simple and practical algorithm was adopted to calculate the node voltage of secondary circuit rapidly and accurately, which can provide data for simulation and measurement of secondary circuit and action logic of elements. The system based on the secondary circuit drawing of 500kV Nanning substation has been put into use in Nanning Bureau of CSG EHV Company.
