线路保护定值自动调整算法的研究

Research on Automatic Adjustment Algorithm of Line Protection Setting

  • 摘要: 随着电力系统运行状态的改变,线路保护定值要及时撤旧换新,然而保护定值的大面积更改会增加出现失配保护的可能性。为最大程度避免其成为威胁电网稳定运行的隐含故障源,从而提高继电保护的可靠性,本文提出了一种线路保护定值自动调整算法。算法易于计算机实现,通过定值适用性判断和定值优化两阶段,在满足选择性和灵敏性的前提下,自动完成对保护定值的调整。算例表明,与传统方法相比,所提出的算法可大幅减少更改定值的保护数目并提高定值的性能,很好地解决了系统运行状态变化后的定值调整问题,具有较强的实用性。

     

    Abstract: With the changing of power system operation state, line protection setting should be renewed in time. However, the changing of protection setting in large quantities will increase the mismatch possibility of protections. In order to farthest avoid it from being a hidden fault source which threats the stable operation of power system and improve reliability of relay protection, an automatic adjustment algorithm of line protection setting is proposed. The algorithm is easy to be implemented by computer. Through setting applicability judgment and setting optimization, protection setting can be adjusted automatically on the premise of meeting the requirement of selectivity and sensitivity. Examples show that the proposed algorithm can greatly reduce the number of protections whose setting should be changed in comparison with traditional method, and improve the performance of protection setting, which can solve the problem of setting adjustment well after power system operation state changes, and has good application value.
