考虑输入风速缺失时风电场风机功率调度方案

  • 摘要: 使用风机输入风速数据对风电场功率调度方案进行优化,当某些台风机出现输入风速数据异常或缺失时,利用线性回归模型建立各台风机风速之间的关系,从而计算出缺失的风速数据。在得到所有风机输入风速数据的基础上,针对由双馈感应异步发电机(DFIG)组成的风电场,考虑发生弃风时根据电网调度向风电场下达的有功出力指令以及电网需求的无功指令,以该风电场所有DFIG损耗最小为目标函数建立了有功、无功统一调度模型。在算例分析中与按各台DFIG的无功极限占风电场无功极限比例的无功分配方案进行了对比,在PSCAD上搭建了风电场模型,验证了该调度方案的有效性和优越性。

     

    Abstract: When wind speed data of wind turbines is used for optimizing power dispatch scheme, if some speed data of some wind turbines is abnormal or missing, the lost wind speed data can be calculated according to the relationship between wind speed of turbines built by linear regression model. For doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) based wind farm, when wind power curtailment happens, according to the active power order from power dispatching center and the reactive power demand of power grid, a kind of power dispatch model of active and reactive power is built with minimum copper loss of all DFIGs in wind farm as objective function, which is compared with the reactive power allocation scheme based on the proportion of the reactive power limit of each DFIG to that of wind farm in case analysis. In the end, wind farm model is built on PSCAD platform, the effectiveness and advantage of proposed method are verified.
