Development and Application of Multi-dimensional Operation Risk Assessment System for Power Grid

  • 摘要: 传统风险评估理论在实际工程应用中存在系统关键信息识别难、评估考虑因素少、评估细节反映不足、评估时间滞后等问题。本文针对风险评估理论在实际工程应用中的不足,从时间、空间和评价标准3个维度出发,提出了一套多维度的风险等级评估体系结构,并基于该体系开发了一套电网多维度运行风险评估系统。文章详细阐述了多维度风险等级评估体系的概念和流程,设计并介绍了风险评估系统的软件架构、功能架构及特点。最后,对系统在安徽电网的实际应用成果进行了说明。

     

    Abstract: The application of traditional risk assessment theory in practical engineering has such problems as hard identifying system key information, considering little factors, insufficiently reflecting assessment detail and the evaluation time lagging. In this paper, due to the drawbacks in application of risk assessment theory, a grading assessment system of multidimensional risk is proposed from three dimensions of time, space and evaluation standard, based on which a multidimensional operation risk assessment system for power grid is developed. The concept and procedure of multidimensional risk grading and evaluating system are elaborated, and the software architecture, functional architecture and characteristics of risk assessment system are designed and introduced. In the end, the application of proposed system in Anhui power grid is given.
