Comprehensive Optimization of Heat and Electric Energy for Micro-grid with Electric Heat Storage to Solve the High Penetration Problem of Wind Power Consumption

  • 摘要: 微网中安装电蓄热装置,并灵活调度其“投”、“切”,可吸纳盈余风电并参与系统调峰,有效改善风电反调峰的弊端,也为负荷调度提供新思路。以微网最小总成本、可再生能源最大消纳率以及最大蓄热率为优化目标,通过隶属度函数实现多目标向单目标的转换,应用遗传算法优化各单元运行状态,形成最佳运行方式。 以一具体微网为例进行仿真,结果表明:安装电蓄热装置可实现热电联产“以热定电”运行约束的解耦,提高了微网对风电的消纳;通过隶属度函数对多目标模糊化处理,较好地协调了各个目标之间的平衡。

     

    Abstract: The electric heat storage (EHS) devices is installed in micro-grid, whose “access-in” and “cut-out” are flexibly scheduled, which can absorb the surplus wind power and participate in system peak adjustment to effectively improve the anti-peaking drawbacks of wind power, and to provide new ideas for load dispatching. With minimizing costs of micro-grid, maximizing renewable energy consumption and maximizing heat storage rate as optimization objectives, the conversion from multiple objectives to single objective is implemented by membership functions, the genetic algorithm is used to optimize operating status of each unit, and the best operation mode is realized. With a specific micro-grid as simulation example, the result shows that the installation of electric storage device can realize the decoupling of “power determined by heat” operating constraints of CHP to improve the consumption of wind power by micro-grid, and the balance between the various objectives is greatly coordinated through fuzzy processing of multiple objectives by membership function.
