Assessment of Power Supply Capability for Distribution Network with Distributed Generations

  • 摘要: 供电能力是评估现代配电网的一项重要指标。本文针对分布式电源的配电网,基于改进的重复潮流法,优化了含分布式电源的配电网供电能力分析模型,分析并得出了最大供电功率;并针对分布式电源的波动性和间歇性等特点,建立了含分布式电源的配电网供电能力综合评估体系,利用基于德尔菲法的层次分析法对分时段供电能力综合评估;通过算例对比验证了所提供电能力评估方法的有效性和可行性,能够清晰和客观地评估含分布式电源配电网供电能力。

     

    Abstract: Power supply capacity is one of the most important indexes to assess the modern distribution network. In this paper, according to distribution network with distributed generations, based on improved repeat power flow method, the analysis model of power supply capacity for distribution network with distributed generations is optimized, and the maximum power supply capacity is calculated. According to such characteristics as fluctuation and intermittence of distributed generations, the comprehensive assessment system of power supply capability for distribution network with distributed generations is built, and power supply capability in different period of time can be comprehensively evaluated based on the improved AHP. A case is also given to testify the validity and feasibility of proposed method, which can assess power supply capacity of distribution network with distributed generations clearly and objectively.
