Capacity Optimization of Energy Storage Devices in Wind Farm

  • 摘要: 储能技术的发展为风电的大规模并网后造成的电能质量问题提供了有效解决方法。合理的储能设备容量不仅能够提高储能设备的利用效率,也能平滑风电输出,改善电能质量。本文考虑计及储能设备减少旋转备用容量的风电场经济效益及功率波动的平衡性,采用多目标粒子群算法进行风电场储能装置的容量优化,以Pareto最优解集的形式表示储能设备带来的风电场经济性与稳定性多目标的兼顾。并通过某地的风电场典型日出力情况作为仿真实例,验证优化所得结果的有效性,可为风电场的储能装置容量选择提供实用的参考方案。

     

    Abstract: The development of energy storage technology provides an effective method for solving power quality issue caused by large scale grid-connected wind farm. Rational capacity of energy storage device can not only enhance utilization efficiency of energy storage device, but also smooth wind power output, and improve power quality. In this paper, by considering that the economical profit of wind farm for rotating backup capacity can be reduced by energy storage device and the balance of power fluctuation, multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize capacity of storage equipment for wind farm, and both the economic and stability of wind farm brought by energy storage device can be reflected by using Pareto optimal solution set. By taking classical day power output for one wind farm as simulation case, the effectiveness of proposed method is verified, and the works in this paper can provide reference applicable scheme for selecting capacity of energy storage device for wind farm.
