  • 摘要: 针对主动配电网的用户需求响应展开深入分析和总结,根据负荷重要程度和用户对不同负荷供电依赖度进行分类,提出一种故障情况下的用户供电策略,该策略的核心思想为:故障时相对于热水器、空调等大功率电器,用户对灯光、插座等小功率电器的依赖度更高,对大功率电器采用主动控制以增大供电范围,同时应用电热水器消纳分布式能源的波动。为解决基于负荷主动响应的分布式能源孤岛供电故障重构的综合规划问题,建立优化问题的数学模型,将其转化为有根树搜索问题求解。结果分析显示本文所提孤岛划分方法使得供电范围较普通计划孤岛更大,用户电力满意度有较大程度的提高,对配电网孤岛划分具有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the demand response of active distribution network(ADN)are analyzed and summarized in depth. Load is classified according to its importance degree and its dependence on power supply. A power supply strategy in fault status is presented, which can actively control large power electric appliances to increase the power supply range and reduce fluctuation of DGs by applying electric water heater. To deal with the islanding complex problem based on load demand, a mathematical model for optimization issue is built, and the improved minimum spanning tree is used to solve the model. Simulation results show that the power supply range is larger than that by normal schedule, and the satisfaction of customers is greatly improved, which has certain guidance significance for islanding classification of ADN.
