Research on State Estimation of Hybrid Power System Based on APSI Multi stage Strategies

  • 摘要: 针对混合电力系统中要求状态估计数据精度高及数据计算量小进行探索研究。提出了两种状态估计构架用于多级策略下SCADA/PMU混合量测的电力系统状态估计。第一个构架是利用先验状态信息(APSI)和正交分块吉文斯旋转提高基于SCADA/PMU量测装置的状态估计的数据处理能力。第二个构架是一个依赖于融合估计的三级方案,优化之前已经确定的SCADA/PMU估计量测值。对多级策略在计算量和精确性上的优化进行详细的描述和比较。在IEEE 30节点系统测试系统进行仿真验证,验证了提出的多级策略能有效地减少状态估计的计算量及增加量测数据的同步性和准确性。

     

    Abstract: By studying the requirement of high data accuracy and less calculation amount for state estimation in hybrid power system, two new estimation frameworks for SCADA/PMU hybrid measurement with multi stage strategy in power system state estimation is presented in this paper. A prior state information and a blocked version of orthogonal Givens rotations are applied to improve data processing capability of state estimation based on PMU/SCADA as to the first framework. A three level scheme depending on estimation fusion principle is proposed in the second framework, and the measured values of SCADA/PMU that are determined previously are optimized. The optimization degree of calculation amount and accuracy for multistage strategy is described, discussed and compared. The IEEE 30 bus test system is used to verify the validity of the multilevel strategy, by using of which the calculation amount of state estimation is effectively reduced and the synchronization and accuracy of measurement data are increased.
