一种配电网故障恢复智能决策算法

An Intelligent Decision Algorithm of Fault Recovery for Distribution Network

  • 摘要: 配网的故障恢复问题是智能配电网实现自愈的关键。本文综合考虑故障恢复方案的经济性和安全性,以倒闸操作次数少、网络储备容量大为优化目标,采用基于生成树的可行方案生成方法,提出了基于离散细菌群体趋药性算法的配网故障恢复智能决策方法。仿真计算结果表明,该方法仅需获得初始有功负荷和线路热稳功率极限,无需进行配网潮流在线计算和校验,能够快速得到最优故障恢复方案,可为调度人员提供快速准确的决策支持。

     

    Abstract: Fault recovery is the key to achieving self healing in smart distribution grid. In this paper, an intelligent decision making algorithm of fault recovery for distribution network is proposed based on discrete bacterial colony chemotax algorithm by considering economy and security of fault recovery schemes, whose objectives include minimizing the total number of switching operations during recovery process and maximizing the reserve capacity of the storage system, and spanning tree idea is applied to find the candidate recovery schemes. Simulation results shows that the algorithm can obtain initial active power load and the thermal stability power capacity of transmission lines, need no online calculation and verification of power flow for distribution network, and get the optimal fault recovery scheme quickly,which provides support for making rapid and accurate fault recovery scheme to dispatchers.
