Operation Risk Assessment on Distribution System with the Integration of Electric Vehicles

  • 摘要: 电动汽车的诸多优点使其得到了广泛的关注和应用,而电动汽车充电负荷的时空分布不确定性会给电力系统带来不利的影响,令配电网存在安全运行风险。本文构建了一种电动汽车充电功率动态分布模型,并基于半不变量和Gram Charlier级数展开,提出了一种考虑电动汽车接入的配电网动态概率潮流计算方法;在此基础上,建立了节点电压和支路潮流越限风险指标,提出了一种含电动汽车的配电网运行风险评估方法。IEEE 33节点系统的仿真计算结果表明,考虑电动汽车接入的配电网运行风险评估方法是可行的,能够扫描出不同时间段配电网的运行薄弱点。

     

    Abstract: The advantages of electric vehicle make it receive wide attention and application. However, the spatial and temporal distribution uncertainties of the electric vehicles will adversely affect the electric power system operation. Then there exist security operation risk in distribution network operation. A dynamic distribution model for charging power of electric vehicle is built in this paper. And a dynamic probabilistic load flow method for distribution network with electric vehicles is also proposed based on semi invariant and Gram Charlier series. Furthermore, the off limit risk indexes of bus voltage and line flow are built, and an operation risk assessment method for distribution network with electric vehicles is proposed. The simulation results of IEEE 33 bus system show that the operation risk assessment of distribution system with electric vehicles are feasible, and the weak point of the distribution network in different time periods can be scanned.
