An Improved Monitoring Allocation Method by Considering the Propagation of Voltage Sag

  • 摘要: 电压暂降每年造成巨大的经济损失,因此对全网进行电压暂降监测具有重要意义。本文提出了一种考虑电压暂降传播的监测点优化配置改进方法。首先分析了电压暂降的传播规律,制定了监测点优化配置的分区原则和循环嵌套的分区算法;定义了节点MRA(可观测区域)矩阵和线路MRA矩阵,其中线路MRA矩阵基于插值拟合方法,保持了线路的连续性,更加完善合理;在此基础上,建立了监测点优化配置模型,以IEEE30节点系统为例,在MATLAB中实现了监测点优化配置,并在PSCAD中进行了仿真。结果证明了该方法的合理性和工程实用性,本文提出的方法保证了经变压器传播后记录的电压暂降信息的准确性。

     

    Abstract: The voltage sag will bring big economic loss every year, so the monitoring of voltage sag in whole power grid is of great significance. In this paper, an improved monitoring allocation method by considering the propagation law of voltage sag is proposed. Firstly, power system partition principles and method for monitoring allocation are proposed based on the analysis of propagation law of voltage sag. Then, bus\|MRA matrix and line\|MRA matrix are defined, and the latter is calculated by interpolation and fitting method, which maintains the continuity of lines. On this basis, monitoring allocation model is built. In the end, taking IEEE 30\|bus system as an example, the allocation method is realized by MATLAB and simulated in PSCAD. The results verify the correctness and feasibility of proposed method, and the accuracy of recorded voltage sag information propagating through transformers can be ensured.
