An Active Power Scheduling of Distribution Network by Considering the Stratification of Power Quality for Renewable Energy and Shiftable Load

  • 摘要: 针对含大规模可再生能源接入下的配电网有功调度问题,提出了简易的可再生能源的功率品质分层方法及其调度策略,通过设置以电动汽车充电功率为例的可平移负荷,以含储能电池、电动汽车租赁、以及发电成本的综合运行管理成本、可平移负荷不满意度以及弃风量为优化目标,建立有功调度优化模型。以污染物排放量作为辅助指标选择最优方案,所建模型能够兼顾系统运行经济性、环境效益,以及错峰充电的社会影响。通过NSGA-II求解该多目标优化模型,通过算例仿真和对比验证了所提模型的正确性和有效性,所提可再生能源功率分层方法简单有效,可为实际配电网的调度运行提供参考和数据支撑。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a simple method of stratification of power quality and its scheduling strategy for renewable energy are proposed for scheduling active power in distribution network with the access of large-scale renewable energy. Taking the setting of shiftable load, such as charging power of electric vehicle, as example, the active power scheduling optimization model is built with such objectives as comprehensive operation and management cost including storage battery, electric vehicle rental and power generating cost, dissatisfaction of shiftable load and abandoned wind power output. In this model, pollutant discharged quantity is set as an auxiliary index to select the optimal case, so operation economy, environmental benefit and social impact of staggering charging are comprehensively considered. On the base of the NSGA-II algorithm, the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by case simulation and comparison. The proposed power stratification method of renewable resources is simple and effective, which can provide the reference and data support to the actual dispatching operation of distribution network.
