A Robust and Economic Scheduling Methodology for Interconnected Power System by Considering the Uncertainty of Wind Power

  • 摘要: 实现可再生能源的大规模利用和共享是能源互联网的主要目的。将可再生能源转化成电能,实现了对可再生能源的利用;通过输电网对电能的远距离传输,实现了可再生能源的大规模共享。本文针对输电网,提出一种广域协调消纳大规模新能源发电出力的策略,实现可再生能源广域内的大规模共享。并运用鲁棒优化技术,有效控制新能源出力不确定性给电力系统带来的影响。首先,给出了一种“传统关口调度结合风电消纳”的联络线调度模式,将日前联络线功率调度计划分为计划值和调整值;其次,建立两阶段零和博弈模型;最后,针对所建博弈模型,提出一种改进的“非线性割平面”算法进行求解。算例分析结果表明,所提出的新能源广域协调消纳策略能够在保证互联系统鲁棒性的同时提高互联系统的经济性。

     

    Abstract: The aim of energy internet is to realize the utilization and sharing of large-scale renewable energy. The utilization of renewable energy is achieved by converting it to electric power, and the sharing of large-scale renewable energy is realized by long-distance transferring electric power in power transmission network. In this paper, a wide-area coordination and consumption strategy for accommodating new energy is proposed to achieve large-scale sharing of wide-area renewable energy. The robust optimization technique is used to mitigate the impact of the uncertainty output of renewable energy on power grid. Firstly, a new kind of tie-line dispatching mode, traditional tie-line dispatching combined with wind power accommodation, is given in this paper, in which the dispatching plan of tie-line power flow is divided into a planned value and an adjusted value. Secondly, a two-phase game model is established. Finally, an improved nonlinear cutting plane method is put forward to solve the robust model proposed in this paper. The example results show that the proposed wide-area coordination and consumption strategy of new energy can improve the economy and robustness of the interconnected system.
