Optimized Method for Coordinating Reactive Power and Voltage Level in Distribution Network by Considering the Uncertainty of DG and EV

  • 摘要: 利用双馈风电机组和光伏发电系统等能够提供无功功率的分布式电源作为一种电压调节手段与传统的电压调节方式结合,在计及电动汽车入网充电作为一种随机负荷的情况下,建立了考虑不确定性的含分布式电源与电动汽车的配电网无功电压协调优化模型。以节点电压期望值平均偏差最小为目标函数,同时加入有功网损期望值和节点电压期望值最大偏差值为罚函数,使用本文提出的一种改进果蝇优化算法对优化模型进行求解。最后利用IEEE 33节点系统进行仿真计算并与粒子群算法进行比较,证明了本文所提出的优化模型和算法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: By combing the voltage regulating method realized by distributed generations that can provide reactive power from DFIG and PV systems and the traditional voltage control mode, the optimized model for coordinating reactive power and voltage level in distributed network integrated with distributed generations and electric vehicles is built by taking the charging of electric vehicles as a kind of stochastic load. The minimization of the Expectations mean deviation of node voltage is set as the objective function, and the maximum deviation of active power loss and node voltage are added to be the penalty function. The improved fruit fly optimization algorithm is used to solve this optimization problem. In the end, IEEE 33-bus distribution system is used as a test case, and the validity of the algorithm and the model presented in this paper is verified by comparing with that of particle swarm algorithm.
