含微网的配电网负荷转移方案可靠性评估指标体系研究

Study on Reliability Evaluation Indices System of Load Transfer Capacity for Distribution Network with Microgrid

  • 摘要: 配电网在检修或是故障等N1状态下及时高效的负荷转移是保证持续供电能力的有效措施之一。凭经验获得的负荷转移方案可行性分析成为亟需解决的问题,可靠性评估就是非常重要的一方面。文中针对微网运行方式、运行特性及与配电网相互影响,提出了含微网的配电网负荷转移能力可靠性评估指标体系,根据微网运行方式把含微网的配电网看成由微网并网运行的配电网和孤岛运行微网两部分组成,在分别量化微网运行方式对可靠性评估指标影响的基础上,运用熵权模糊层次分析法从可靠性角度对含微网的配电网负荷转移能力综合评估。最后,对修改后的IEEE33节点系统不同负荷转移方案进行可靠性评估,结果验证了评估指标体系的有效性和可行性。

     

    Abstract: Load transfer is one of effective measures to guarantee the security of power supply under distribution network fault or N-1 maintenance. Feasibility analysis of the load transfer scheme obtained by experience is a critical issue, and reliability evaluation is one of very important aspects. As to micro-grid operation modes, operating characteristics and their influences on distribution system, reliability evaluation indices system of load transfer capacity for distribution network with micro-grid is proposed in this paper. According to operation mode of micro-grid, the distribution network with micro-grid is composed of such two parts as grid-connected and islanded micro-grid. As to the influence of quantitative operation mode of micro-grid on reliability evaluation indices, the comprehensive evaluation of load transfer capacity of distributed network is carried out from the aspect of reliability by using the entropy weight FAHP. In the end, the effectiveness and feasibility of the evaluation indices system proposed in the paper are verified through reliability evaluation on different load transfer schemes of modified IEEE33 node system.
