基于光纤超声传感器的油纸绝缘局部放电超声波信号特性试验研究

Test on Ultrasonic Characteristics of Partial Discharge in Oil-paper Insulation for Transformers Based on Fiber-optic Ultrasonic Sensor

  • 摘要: 对变压器绝缘进行有效的局部放电在线监测,可及时发现变压器的绝缘缺陷,确保整个电力系统的安全运行。本文采用光纤超声传感器对油中局部放电超声信号在油、绝缘纸板、钢板、绝缘纸钢板组合介质以及铜线圈中传播时,超声波衰减情况、传播速度和波形变化进行了试验研究,结果表明:超声波在油、绝缘纸、钢板以及组合介质中传播时信号强度会衰减,但波形不会变化;铜线圈对超声波影响最大,不仅衰减严重,速度减小,而且波形也会发生畸变。最后在实体变压器中进行了实际测量,取得较好的检测效果。

     

    Abstract: It is of great value to detect Partial Discharge (PD) in transformer insulation sensitively on-line, to discover insulation defect in time, and to ensure the safety of the whole power system. In this paper, the ultrasonic attenuation, propagation velocity and waveform changes of PD is tested in oil-paper insulation through oil, insulation paper, steel, paper-steel composite medium and copper wire by using fiber-optic ultrasonic sensor. The results show that signal intensity of ultrasonic wave in oil, insulation paper, steel and composite medium can be attenuated, while the wave shape doesnt change. It also can be seen from results that the influence of copper wire is the most serious, which can not only decrease the intensity and speed of ultrasonic wave, but also distort the ultrasonic wave. In the end, the actual measurement is carried out in the solid transformer, which obtains better detection effect.
