Application of Fuzzy Control in Hybrid Wind/PV Microgrid with Energy Storage

  • 摘要: 风力、光伏发电具有随机性和间歇性的特点,加入储能系统能显著提高改善微电网稳定性和可靠性,混合储能将超级电容器的高功率密度以及蓄电池的高能量密度特点相结合,本文提出了一种基于混合储能的风光储系统模型,并提出了相应的控制策略;针对滑动平均滤波算法的不足,本文利用基于功率差额和储能系统荷电状态的模糊控制对滑动时间常数T进行优化,提高功率分配效率。利用Matlab/Simulink平台搭建风光混合储能微电网模型进行仿真,对比使用模糊控制与否时功率的分配效果,仿真结果表明:基于上述控制策略,使用模糊控制能更加有效地对混合储能功率进行分配,功率分配效率提高更为显著,减少了充放电深度,延长了储能系统的使用寿命。

     

    Abstract: Wind and solar power generation have such characteristics as randomness and intermittent, so the stability and reliability of microgrid can be improved significantly by the applying of the energy storage system. Hybrid energy storage system combines the high power density of super capacitors with high energy density of batteries. A kind of hybrid wind/PV microgrid with Energy Storage model is presented in this paper as well as relative control strategies. For the shortage of weighted moving average filtering algorithm, power allocation efficiency can be improved by taking advantage of the fuzzy control based on power balance and the charge state of energy storage system to optimize sliding time constant T. A hybrid wind/PV microgrid with Energy Storage model is built based on Matlab/Simulink platform, and the effects of power allocation obtained by using fuzzy control or not are compared. The results show that fuzzy control can be used to more effectively allocate hybrid energy storage power based on the above control strategy, and the power allocation efficiency is improved more significantly, which reduce the depth of charge and discharge, and extend the service life of the energy storage system.
