Study and Development of Distribution Network GIS Based on J2EE and ArcGIS Server

  • 摘要: 针对传统配网地理信息系统(GIS)存在的不足, 提出在J2EE轻量级框架和ArcGIS Server平台上实现浏览器/服务器(B/S)架构的配电自动制图/设备设施管理/地理信息系统(AM/FM/GIS)。首先介绍基于事件驱动的J2EE轻量级框架和企业级GIS应用开发平台ArcGIS Server, 然后根据配电业务流程特点和总体要求, 在现有关系数据库平台下对配网GIS进行事件与对象的定义, 建立事件驱动的面向对象空间模型, 设计并实现了一个B/S架构的配电网AM/FM/GIS系统。运行效果表明该系统先进、实用。

     

    Abstract: To overcome the shortcomings of the traditional geographic information system (GIS), a browser/server (B/S) architecture automatic mapping/facility management/geographic information system (AM/FM/GIS) is established based on the J2EE lightweight framework and the ArcGIS Server platform. The J2EE lightweight framework based on event driven and the enterprise GIS application development platform ArcGIS Server are introduced. According to the flow characteristics and general requirements of the distribution business, the events and objects are defined. The event driven and object oriented spatial data model is built for the distribution network GIS under the current relational database management system. An actual distribution network AM/FM/GIS system based on the B/S structure is designed under this guiding ideology and architecture. The system's overall running performances show that this system is more advanced and practical.
