基于模糊数学和组合赋权法的分布式电源并网综合评估

Comprehensive Evaluation of Grid-connected Distributed Generation Based on Fuzzy Mathematics and Combinated Weighting Method

  • 摘要: 随着新能源和智能电网的大力发展,分布式电源并网对配电网各方面的影响越来越大,对电网运行和规划带来了新的挑战,因此对分布式电源并网的有效评估非常重要。本文根据分布式电源对配电网的影响,从电能质量、可靠性、经济性和环境影响性四个方面,建立分布式电源并网的综合评估指标体系,利用隶属度函数进行模糊评分,利用主观权重和客观权重相结合的组合赋权法进行权重计算,最后用模糊合成算子计算得出综合评估结果。结合算例,综合评估了多种分布式电源并网方案,验证了该方法的可行性。

     

    Abstract: With the development of new energy and smart grid, the grid-connected DG exerts growing influence on every aspect of power distribution network, which brings new challenge to power grid operation and planning, so the effective assessment of the grid-connected DG is very important. According to the influence of DG on power distribution network, a comprehensive evaluation index system of the grid-connected DG is built from such aspects as power quality, reliability, economy and environment impact. In addition, membership function is used to fuzzify score, and the combined weighting method is applied to calculate weight by combining subjective and objective weights. In the end, the comprehensive evaluation results are obtained by using the fuzzy synthetic operator. Through an example, a variety of Grid-connected DG schemes are comprehensive evaluated, which verifies the feasibility of this method.
