Reliability Assessment of Composite Generation and Transmission System with UHV Penetration

  • 摘要: 为了分析特高压接入后系统的可靠性水平,利用蒙特卡洛模拟方法建立了电力系统发输变元件以及特高压交/直流输电系统的可靠性评估模型,在模型中考虑了特高压直流输电系统的降额运行状态。提出了灵敏度分析与线性规划相结合的系统过负荷校正方法,同时,提出了与特高压关系密切的新的可靠性指标。IEEE RTS-79系统的算例分析验证了本文所建立模型的准确性。将本文所建立的模型应用于国内某区域电网实际系统,计算了不同场景下系统的可靠性指标,评估了特高压交/直流输电系统接入后系统的可靠性水平。结果可以为特高压接入的实际系统的运行提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to quantitatively analyze the reliability level of the power system with UHV penetration, the reliability evaluation model for devices applied in generation and transmission system and UHV AC/DC power transmission system is established by using Monte Carlo simulation method, in which the derating operation state of UHV DC transmission system is considered. Then an overload correction method is presented by combining sensitivity analysis and linear programming, and new reliability indexes that closely relate to UHV are put forward. The example analysis of IEEE RTS-79 system verifies the accuracy of the proposed model. In the end, the model is applied to the actual system of a regional power grid in China, the reliability indices of the system under different scenarios are calculated, and the reliability level of the system with UHV AC/DC transmission system penetration is evaluated, which can provide reference for the operation of the actual system.
