Coordinated Planning Model of Generation and Transmission System by Considering Carbon Capture System

  • 摘要: 在全球能源危机和温室效应加剧的大背景下,低碳化是电力行业的发展目标,而新建碳捕集电厂(carbon capture power plant,CCPP)或对现有火电厂进行碳捕集改造是实现这个目标的有效途径。从CO2减排量和总成本的角度分析了碳捕集系统(carbon capture system,CCS)的减排特性和经济特性,综合考虑了CCS、电源和电网在建设和运行层面的相互关系,建立了计及CCS的动态源网协调规划模型。另外,考虑未来政策变化和负荷变动对CCS运行的影响,设置了CCS运行状态变量,以反映CCS运行的灵活性。该数学模型是一个混合整数线性规划问题,并在通用代数建模软件GAMS中实现建模,最后调用CPLEX求解器对模型进行求解,IEEE30节点系统的算例分析验证了本文所提出方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: In the context of energy crisis and global warming, developing a low-carbon electricity system is the target of power industry. And the constructing of new carbon capture power plant (CCPP) or the transforming of existing coal-fired power plant is effective way to achieve this goal. The characteristics of emission reduction and economy for carbon capture system (CCS) are analyzed from the point of view of carbon emission reduction and total cost. In addition, by considering the correlation between construction and operation level among the CCS, generation sources and power grid, a dynamic coordinated planning model of generation and transmission system with CCS is built. Furthermore, the CCS operation state variable is set to reflect its operation flexibility by considering the impact of policy changes and load fluctuation on the operation of the CCS. The mathematical model is a mixed integer linear programming problem, and is realized by the general algebraic modeling software (GAMS). In the end, the CPLEX solver is called to solve the model, and the effectiveness and validity of the proposed model and method are verified by the IEEE30 buses system.
