多微电网系统的竞价机制设计

Design of Bidding Mechanism for Multiple Microgrids

  • 摘要: 采用合作博弈理论解决多微电网之间竞价、收益分配的问题,同时提出微电网在市场中身份二重性的判断方法,使其售购电身份随实时电价、负荷需求变化。通过引入微电网报价矩阵,建立了买卖双方多个主体参与的竞价交易机制,利用包含约束条件的非线性规划函数对模型进行求解。以3个微电网构成多微电网系统为例进行仿真计算,结果表明:该模型实用可行并总能找到使交易总成本最小的策略组合;同时,该策略能激励微电网按真实成本报价,避免其投机行为。

     

    Abstract: Cooperative game theory is used to solve bidding and income distribution problem between multiple microgrids, and the judging method of microgrid as the market status of duality is obtained, which makes its sale and purchase mode change with real-time electricity pricing and load demand. Through introducing the bidding matrix of microgrid, the bidding transaction mechanism of multiple participated buyers and the sellers is established, and the model is solved by the nonlinear programming function containing constraint conditions. Taking multiple microgrids system consisted of three microgrids as an example, the simulated and calculated results show that the model is practical and feasible, and can always be used to find the transaction combination with minimum total cost, by which market participants can offer price and make transaction get the maximum profit and minimum expenditure. At the same time, the strategy can encourage microgrid biding according to the real offering cost to avoid its speculation.
