主动配电系统安全态势预警等级的多级模糊综合评判

Multilevel Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment on Security Posture Forewarning Grade of Active Distribution System

  • 摘要: 主动配电系统中含有大量的分布式电源和柔性负荷,相比传统配电网大大增加了配电网的供电能力和供电灵活性,同时也对系统运行的安全性带来新的考验。文中建立了一种基于N-1安全性准则的主动配电系统供电能力模型,考虑分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)、分布式储能系统(distributed energy storage system,DESS)、电动汽车(electric vehicle,EV)负荷等因素对配电网供电能力及灵活性的影响,提出了基于多组指标的两级模糊综合评判法,综合负荷特征、系统自身供电特性及气候等因素,建立了多层态势预警等级判断指标体系,对主动配电系统运行的安全态势进行预警等级判定。通过线性规划软件求解算例,验证了模型及方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: An active distribution system (ADS) contains a lot of distribution generations and flexible loads. Compared to the traditional distribution network, ADS has greatly increased the supply capacity and supply flexibility, which will bring new challenge to the operation security of power distribution system. In this paper, a supply capability model for active distribution systems based on N-1 security criterion is built considering impacts of factors, such as distributed generation, distributed energy storage system and electric vehicles, on the power supply ability and flexibility of the distribution network. In addition, a two-level fuzzy comprehensive assessment method is proposed based on multi-sets of indicators, and a multi-level situation judgment index system of security posture forewarning is built by combing such factors as load characteristics, power supply characteristics and climatic, to judge security posture forewarning grade of active distribution system. Taking solving case by linear planning software as example, the validity of model and methods are verified.
