Online Monitoring Method for Relay Protection in Smart Substation Based on State Message Relationships

  • 摘要: 智能变电站技术的推广为继电保护的运维提供了新的思路和技术手段。基于状态信息的在线监测将有利于提高智能变电站继电保护系统的可靠性,减少运维的工作量。从智能变电站继电保护组成的角度出发梳理了继电保护的状态信息,分析了状态信息之间的关联关系,通过对继电保护实时采集和上传的状态信息增加逻辑运算和判断比较,提出了基于状态信息各种关联关系的继电保护在线监测方法。算例表明本文方法能够发现继电保护的某些异常,从而提高智能变电站继电保护运维的有效性。

     

    Abstract: Smart substation technology provides new methods and technologies for the operation and maintenance of relay protection. The online monitoring based on state information will be conducive to improve the reliability of relay protection system of smart substation and reduce maintenance workload. From the perspective of the composition of relay protection system of smart substation, the state information of relay protection and their relationships are analyzed. An online monitoring method based on all relationships among state information is proposed through adding logical calculation and comparison of real-time state information collected and uploaded from relay protection. Case study shows that some faults of relay protection can be detected by proposed method, which improves the effectiveness of operation and maintenance of relay protection system for smart substation.
