基于相关性分析的风电场功率限值分配算法

Power Limit Allocation Algorithm of Wind Farm Based on Correlation Analysis

  • 摘要: 当风电出力超过电网接纳能力时,电网需要限制风电场的出力。基于风电场功率预测信息按比例初步确定风电场功率分配限值;以随机变量相关性分析为理论基础,描述风电场出力之间的相关性对整体出力波动性的影响。以减小风电电量损失为目标,考虑风电场装机容量的差异,基于风电场出力之间的相关系数修正风电场功率分配限值。以位于同一地区的5个风电场组成的风电场群为算例,对所提出的风电场功率分配限值修正方法进行验证。计算结果表明,风电场实际出力更接近理想出力曲线,减小了弃风电量,验证了方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: When the power output of wind power exceeds the grids acceptable capacity, it is needed to limit the power output of wind farm. According to prediction information of wind farm, wind power limit is allocated initially according to the proportion. The random variables correlation analysis is used as the theoretical basis to describe the influence of power output correlation of wind farms on the fluctuation of overall wind power output. With the aim of reducing further wind power loss, the wind farms power limit is revised based on the correlation coefficient between power outputs of wind farms by considering the difference of installed capacity of wind farms. A practical wind farm group consisting of 5 wind farms located in a region is studied to testify the validity of power limit correction method. The result shows that the actual power output of wind farm is closer to the ideal power output curve, and abandoned power capacity is reduced, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
