A Layered-divisional Dispatching Method for Balancing Supply and Demand of Power Grid by Considering Demand Side Resources

  • 摘要: 需求侧资源管理是对传统电网平衡供需方式的有效补充,针对目前需求侧资源管理应用方式中存在的调控模式单一、用户响应潜力评估不足以及横向资源利用薄弱的问题,提出了一种计及需求侧资源的电网分层分区供需平衡调控方法。该方法通过纵向多层次间自下而上的反馈式负荷可响应潜力评估和自上而下的任务量分配机制,配合横向的互联互通互补机制,实现全面的需求侧资源参与供需平衡调节,为需求侧资源参与电网供需平衡调节开拓了新思路,提供了更精确、完善的理论基础。

     

    Abstract: The demand side resource management is an effective supplement to the balance between supply and demand of the traditional power grid. Aiming at such problems as single control mode, insufficient evaluation of user response potential and weak utilization of horizontal resources existed in application mode of current resource management in the demand side, a layered-divisional dispatching method for balancing supply and demand of power grid is proposed by considering demand side resource. Due to that vertical multi-level bottom-top feedback load can response potential evaluation and top-bottom task allocation mechanism, the participation of comprehensive demand-side resource in the balance between supply and demand can be realized with the help of horizontal interconnection complementarity mechanism, which opens up new ideas for demand-side resource participation and supply and demand balancing, and provides a more accurate and perfect theoretical basis.
