微网规划综合评价精细化指标体系研究

Study on Fine Index System for Comprehensive Evaluation of Microgrid Planning

  • 摘要: 为了在规划评价中更客观、合理地评价各类型微网,本文在建立可靠性、经济性、环保性、弹复性等评价指标的基础上,针对微网中微源组合方式多样、负荷类型部分可控、运行方式灵活多变等特点,根据不同形式微网增加体现各类型微网关键特征的增补指标,由此组成微网规划综合评价精细化指标体系。最后对基于Homer软件仿真的微网规划算例,利用本文所提的评价指标体系,采用网络分析法(ANP)作为决策方法进行综合评价,以验证所提精细化指标体系的科学性、有效性。

     

    Abstract: In order to evaluate the various types of microgrid objectively and reasonably in the process of planning evaluation, on the basis of such evaluation indexes as reliability, economy, environmental protection and resilience, etc, as to the characteristics of the microgrid, such as the combination of micro sources, the controllable load types, the flexible operation modes and so on, the fine index system for comprehensive evaluation of microgrid planning is built according to that different forms of microgrid reflect the additional indexes of key characteristics for various types of microgrid. In the end, based on the Homer software simulation of microgrid planning example, by using the evaluation index system proposed in this paper, comprehensive evaluation is carried out by network analysis method (ANP) to verify the scientificalness and validity of proposed fine index system.
