计及DG与负荷时序特性的直流配电网规划

DC Distribution Network Planning Considering Timing Characteristics of Distributed Generations and Loads

  • 摘要: 现有交流配电网在供电容量和新能源接纳等方面面临诸多问题。提出规划建设直流配电网,考虑典型分布式能源和负荷的时序特性与接入配电网的换流损耗,以线路、分布式电源和换流装置年费用、向上级电网购电年费用最小及环境效益最优为目标,建立了配电公司为规划主体的新型直流配电网规划模型、网架和DG独立编码,利用自适应遗传算法交替求解。算例表明:直流配电网规划方案更优,采用时序模型规划结果更经济,接入更多分布式能源,减少线路损耗与换流损耗;直流负荷比例提高,直流配电网优势更加明显。

     

    Abstract: Existing AC distribution network is challenged by the higher penetration of various renewable resources and increasingly diversified loads. The DC distribution network planning model is established considering converting loss and timing characteristics of various distributed generations and loads. The cost of line extension, distributed resources cost, converting equipment cost, electricity purchasing cost from higher voltage system, and environmental benefit are combined together as the optimization objective. The adaptive genetic algorithm with independent coding method is adopted to solve the model. The case study shows that DC distribution network planning scheme can achieve less equivalent annual cost, more access to distributed generation capacity with lower network loss and converting loss. DC planning would be better with higher proportion of DC load.
